Randomizing the body sliders can lead to wacky interactions. My latest character had very stubby limbs with a large torso and head, and that resulted in almost every time I flew a little too fast it would send me ricocheting around whatever space I was in, eventually dying. I had to lower my flight to almost nothing to compensate for this.
